First, we examine your device to discover what might be the problem. If the estimated cost of the repair less than 40 euro, we can take immediate action and we fix the problem.
If the repair costs more than 40 euro, we inform you about it and you receive a quotation from us for the repair. After that you can decide what you wish we do: repair the device or no. 
If you wish not to repair your device you do not have to pay for the examination. According to our policy if we don’t repair your device, you don’t have to pay anything.

Answer:

Yes, it is possible to perform express-diagnostic and repair. Therefore, we will charge an additional 50 euro for the extra service. The fee is non refundable, and will be charged even if you do not end up requesting the repair.

Some people think of a refurbished laptop as something damaged or outdated and unusable.
The reality is that most refurbished models have absolutely nothing wrong with them! Some of them less than 1 year old.
The laptop has usually been professionally refurbished by the manufacturer or dealer to bring it as close to “like new” condition as possible.

During the inspection process, if we find broken or faulty parts, they will be replaced to get the best outfit and performance. When we have completed the inspection and possible repair, we clean the computer inside and outside and we also perform a full data wipe and install a new operating system with the necessary drivers. After the above process, the laptop will be sold as a refurbished laptop with warranty.

The warranty period may vary depending on the product. All purchases are accompanied by a warranty form showing the actual warranty period of the product. This period is a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 24 months.

To certain laptops, we offer extra additional warranty for extra cost.

Every time we sell a laptop, we include a warranty card with it. The warranty card will tell you when the warranty period started and how long warranty you have on the laptop. During this period, your laptop will have a limited warranty. You can claim the warranty when you return the laptop to our shop. We will inspect the laptop and try to repair it. If this is not possible, we will replace the laptop with a laptop of the same type or value.

Please refer to the warranty ticket for the warranty conditions. In general, the warranty covers any hardware failure that occurs under normal use of the equipment. There is no warranty for charger failure, battery life, or any failure due to broken or liquid spillage.
