  1. How much the price for laptop diagnostic?

    The Diagnostic is free of charge.

  2. What is the process of the repairing?

    First of all, we explore what is the fault of your computer. If the repair cost less then 35 euro we fix it immediately. If the repair cost is more then 35 euro we take a contact with you. We give you a quotation for the repair. You can decide you want a repair or not. If you don't want the repair you don't have to pay. According to our policy If we don't repair your machine, you dont have to pay any fee.

  3. Do you provide express-diagnostic service?

    Yes, we do. We can speed track your evaluation if you require.
    That case there is a 30 euro extra fee, which fee still exist even if you don't want the final repair.

  4. What laptops do you repair?

    Our repair team members are experienced and certificated technicians. They are can repairing all brand and models of laptops.
    Laptop parts, hard drives widely available in our stock.
    Therefore we can provide most of the repair service within 48 hours. If the necessary part(s) don't have on a stock, we can get the necessary parts on our approved network of suppliers.

  5. Which brand of laptops do you sell?

    We are selling refurbished laptops from all of the brands with warranty.
    including, but not limited to Acer, Alienware, Apple, Asus, Compaq, Dell, Fujitsu Siemens, Gateway, HP, Lenovo, MSI, Panasonic, Samsung, Sony, Toshiba and many more.

  6. What does it mean "Refurbished laptop"?

    We disassemble each laptop one by one, we clean them and checking for damaged components, battery function, screen quality, power supply, motherboard, loose connections, hard drive and optical drive. Under the checking process If we find broken parts, we replace them. When we finished with the checking and the fixing, we are making a complete data wipe and installing a new OS with the necessary drivers. After the noticed process we are selling the laptop as a refurbished laptop with warranty.

  7. Do you offer a warranty with the laptops?

    Yes, we do.
    The warranty time depends on the laptop, but at least 90 days maximum 1 year.

  8. What do I have to do if the laptop what I bought from you don't work?

    Every time when we sell the laptop we attach a the warranty card with it. On the Warranty card, you can find out when the warranty period started and how long warranty did you get with the laptops. Under this period if you bring it back the laptop into our shop you can validate your warranty. We examine the laptop and try to fix it. If it is not possible we exchange the laptop with the same type or same value laptop.

  9. What cover the warranty?

    The warranty conditions you can find on the warranty card. Generally, The warranty covers every hardware fault which appears under proper use of the devices. There isn't a warranty for the charger faulty and any faults which are occurred broken or liquid spilled damage.
